Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
By creating an account or browsing Talligo you agree to these terms. They cover how you may use the service, what we promise, and what we don't. Read them carefully — if anything is unclear, email hello@talligo.com.
Acceptable use
Talligo is intended for individual renters researching apartments. You may not scrape the site, resell our data, run automated bots against our APIs without written permission, or use the service to harass landlords, tenants, or other users. Commercial or enterprise use requires a paid plan.
Accuracy of listings
Rental prices, concessions, and availability change quickly. We work hard to keep data fresh, but Talligo provides no warranty that every listing is accurate at the moment you view it. Always verify details directly with the property before signing a lease.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Talligo Pro starts with a 7-day free trial and is billed in advance, monthly or annually, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your settings. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. After that, cancelling stops future billing and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for — it does not refund the period already served.
Because Pro access begins the moment you subscribe, purchases are final. We will refund in two situations, on clear and convincing evidence: the service was materially not as described, or the payment was not authorised by the cardholder. Tell us what happened and we will investigate properly.
Why the bar is set here. The trial exists so you can decide whether Talligo is worth paying for before you pay anything — a full week of Pro, free, with no card charged. Once the trial has run and a charge has been made, the month it bought has been served: the alerts fired, the price history was there when you needed it. Refunding on evidence rather than on request is what keeps the price where it is, and it is fairer to the people who pay honestly than a policy that quietly costs them. If something is genuinely wrong with what you bought, that case is exactly what this policy is for.
Talk to us first. If something is wrong, please contact us before you contact your bank. We resolve almost everything directly, usually within a day. You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer and nothing here limits that right — we are asking, not restricting. But a dispute raised without contacting us first costs us a non-refundable fee whichever way it is decided, and we may decline to sell to that account again.
Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
Accounts and termination
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing us.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? See our privacy policy or contact us.
